GYPSTER PIRATES TAKE TO THE SEAS

LA's favorite gypsy pirates, headed by Armand "Jules" Gonzalez, Adam "Pace" Wytty, and the more recent addition, Andrew "Wolfgang," have decided to take the final plunge into legitimizing their collective image by embarking on a quest for treasure over the waters of the Pacific. The staples of Echo Park nightlife will be borrowing a boat from an unrevealed source and are slated to set sail by mid-May.

"I'm sick of being mocked," says Pace, with a slight tinge of a newly developed English accent. "Now people won't have anything to say, except maybe, 'Oh hey, remember those pirate guys? They're off hunting treasure.' Now it's for real. We're even bringing a parakeet. We'd bring a parrot, but they're too expensive," he quickly explains, "until we pirate for a while."

The crew, who have appointed Jules as captain, intend to spend their spare time raping, pillaging, plundering and tattooing each other, and will be gone for an indefinite period of time.
